Shipping and Handling
We can ship your finished products here in the United States only. You are resposible for the cost of all meda and packaging fee's as required.
We use the following shipping methods:
Standard UPS Ground
UPS Second Day
UPS Overnight
USPS 1st Class
USPS Priority Mail
Shipping and Handling fees will vary the
value and the shippable items.

Reschedule or Cancellations

If you have already scheduled time and have made a deposit but need to reschedule or cancel, please go to our contact us page or send us an email at:
You must contact us at least 24 hours prior to appointment time to reschedule or cancel to avoid a $20.00 non-refundable service charge. See Appointments below.
Appointments
If you decide an appointment is necessary to negotiate your project please read the following carefully. Due to our large amount of workload and attention our current clients require, we have now inducted a non refundable $20.00 appointment fee. The fee is due 48 hrs prior to the arranged appointment time or the appointment will be pulled from our schedule. Only if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled 24 hrs prior to the appointment, you can get a full refund or reapply it to the rescheduled appointment. If the second appointment is cancelled the fee is no longer refundable. If it is decided (during the appointment) we will do business together on a project, the $20.00 fee will be credited to your new account and applied to your current project as long as the project start date is within 90 days of that appointment. If the project session is cancelled for any reason after scheduling, the fee becomes non-refundable and applied to administrative costs. Thank You for your cooperation and understanding.
